WHAT ARE THE PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES?
If you find any warning sign in your friend or relatives, Do Not Take It Lightly.
1. Have strong connection with that person and ask him/her to share his daily task.

2. Help him in his problem solving skills and decision making.

3. Make him assure to work on the solutions not on problems.

4. Never leave him alone.

5. Try to consult a counselor.   A counselor can help an individual in recognising his/her unhealthy feelings or actions. He/she can also help you in dealing with the new stress and stressful life experience. 

6. Medication can also be prescribed as preventive measure.

If there would be no slopes than mountain would not be as mesmerising as it looks like. 

               Look how an infant lives his life…. A smile with no grief. No doubt he is busy, but with himself.         

If we look at an adult…. Solace, broken heart, always the pending desires and never satisfied.

* Never skip your meal because it lowers sugar level in the body which releases stress hormone that further aggravates Migraine pain.
